A: Since most of our products are made to order, the shipping times vary. Shipping times will be in the listings.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: We ship all orders via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail. Delivery times are based on your location but most orders seem to deliver in 3-5 days depending on your orders shipping options. Please keep in mind that the USPS does have their own set of challenges related to COVID and we are seeing some significant delays in some areas. If you have a strict timeline, please contact us to discuss the options available.

A: Absolutely! Just contact us and let us know what you’re wanting, and we will let you know if it something we can do.
Q: My jewelry isn’t the right size; can you resize it for me
A: We can, just ship it back to us with the size you need it to be, we will resize and redeliver.
