Exchanges for Defective Items

Defective Items:  Geekdom Hideaway we will gladly exchange any defective product within 15 calendar days of delivery to you. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement product after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a shipment for your replacement product.

Exceptions:  Masks do not need to be return, due to hygiene issues.  Please send us a picture of the defect and we will ship you out a new one. 

Shipping your defective item:  Please contact us for a shipping label.  Your shipping label will be emailed to you for returning your item.

Refunds:

Refunds will have a 25% restocking fee.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you original funding source.  Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be received to your bank account and up to 30 days to be received to your credit card depending on your card company. 

Customized items, (such as names, logo’s and other items not a part of our normal store items) are not eligible for return or refunds. 

ShippingThe customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
